New York City park: Migrant man discovered hanging from tree had engaged in sexual activity with underage relative, a revelation recently discovered by the family, sources say

According to sources from law enforcement, the deceased man who was discovered hanging from a tree in a Bronx park last month is believed to be a migrant who was suspected of committing multiple acts of rape against a teenage relative.

Manuel Delgado, a 43-year-old asylum seeker from Peru, had been living in the city for less than a year. Tragically, he is believed to have taken his own life inside Pelham Bay Park on October 9th. This heartbreaking decision came after his family discovered his alleged ongoing relationship with a teenager and reported it to the police.

According to sources, the investigators suggested that the girl make a phone call to Delgado while they recorded the conversation.

During the call, Delgado was allegedly informed by the teen that she intended to contact the police. Shockingly, Delgado responded by expressing his desire to meet at the location they used to frequent together.

According to sources, he took his own life once he reached the location – a wooded area at Orchard Beach Road and Bartow Circle.

According to sources, the victim’s roommate informed the police that the man had sent him a text message earlier, stating that he had stabbed himself.

According to sources, it is believed that Delgado had been committing sex crimes for years before the family even arrived in New York.

Before meeting his end, he never faced any charges for the heinous offenses.
